Resort Not handed over on time on 28/11/23 due to which all programs were delayed. Rooms were not properly cleaned. Hot water was not provided

The location of the resort is very good. Ambience, decoration and food is excellent. However, better maintainence of rooms and slightly improvement in service will make this place awesome for any function. Overall experience is good but for the maintainence of rooms like ensuring continuous water supply, shower, toilet flush and sound system. Due to this I would rate the pace as 4 star

Just recently, my family celebrated a milestone here, and I was honoured to be invited to join in on the festivities. The planning did quite well. We thoroughly enjoyed our lunch. I appreciate it a lot.

I got my younger sister's marriage done at the resort (21-23 Jan 2023). Had a wonderful experience. 1. The owner Lokesh - He was very helpful and honest. Guided us properly on many aspects which are generally ignored. Was very transparent too. I left the menu to him for all three days, and he didn't disappoint us. He helped me arrange many other things like Dhols, cabs etc. He was like a family member to us. 2. The New Manager Lalit - A very professional and polite manager who can take this property to greater heights. The old manager Rajesh had made many commitments to me but he left the job just a day prior to the marriage. I was in state of shock. And then I was introduced to the new manager Lalit. He helped me run three days back to back functions smoothly. He never said No to my last minute demands. And was there throughout with me. 3. FnB Manager and Other Staff - This place had the best food I have ever tasted for three days continuously. All my guests were very happy with the food and had nothing but praises. The hotel staff though needs to be trained on whom they should ask money to. They started asking Shagun money from the groom on the family table. I had to intervene in between. Otherwise everything was cool. I also got a tea stall placed from morning 7 to evening 7 @14k for 2.5 days. It is worth the money during winters. 4. Property - Beautiful property designed by someone with a good taste. The pool was clean. The rooms need improvement and maintenance. The electric kettles were not working and some of the bathrooms had leakage and door lock issues. But most of the things were resolved with quick and prompt action by the Hotel staff. 5. Miscellaneous Aspects - For smooth and hassle free functioning and ending things on a good note, you need to discuss things directly and in detail. Discuss the cost factor of each and every thing in detail so that there is no confusion at the end. We did the same and nothing came as a shock to us once we were checking out. Inspect the rooms prior and give improvement points to the owner. He will never deny and will act accordingly. 6. Points for improvement- (a) Hotel Rooms - Exhaust fans to be placed in bathrooms, they get stinky after 2 days. Diffusers to be planned. Electric Kettles to be made functional and door lock mechanism needs improvement. (b) Only 20 rooms are available (including 2 small rooms). I wish more number of rooms are made so that all guests can be accommodated. Minimum 40 rooms they should plan for in future. (c) Staff should be trained more and the pratha of asking Shagun should be discouraged. Overall the staff was very supportive though, but there is always a scope for improvement. I can write a novel on the positive experiences I had. To sum up, I will again say that everything was really good and smooth and all my guests were very happy. I will highly recommend the property to everyone who is looking to organize any event. Please plan your event in detail, discuss and execute accordingly. Fortune Resort will be very supportive.

Good wedding destination for 800 packs, 20 rooms, banquet and garden available

Perfect for special occasions like weddings. To my mind, they are the more prepared squad. The arrangement is really fantastic. I'd rate this as a five star.

Overall was good Higher management Is food but junior staff is not having any concerns with the security of the rooms They can provide room keys without your informing you This had been with us too Where there was a confusion Good food and arrangement but rooms and rooms services are highly disappointing Please make sure that they meet these things before you book it. Not much good Make sure security policy of the rooms meet your demands, well before booking.
