The finest gym i have ever been. I have been to gyms in offices, other localities but this is the place where i felt that transformation is possible. May it be weight loss or weight gain or body building or the phyique you dream about, there are highly skilled and professional trainers who help you in achieving your dreams. Had put on lot of weight since i joined IT industry and it was a time when i started to feel that coming back to a normal weight is impossible and that is when i gave this gym a try. Took up a transformation course and trust me people now ask whats the secret of this transformation as I have lost 20 kilos in less than 4 months. Happy to donate all my XXL clothes and see old ones fitting me nicely. This gym has all that you would want. A great atmosphere for all workouts, latest machines, maintenance, hygiene, steam bath, lockers, friendly management and the list goes on. The management is always ready and available to not just listen to your issues but address them at the earliest. The moment you join you become a part of their family and you are taken care in a way nothing less than it. So all the folks who are looking out for a place just come and be a part of this Wonderful family.

The receptionist here is very rude to everyone.She intentionally switches of the AC and says that only to sweat we come to gym.Swetting is not a problem.But since there is no windows we feel the suffocation. And she replies to everyone rude. I have seen people joining new even to them she speaks polite in the first day but she starts her rudeness after that. There are many good Gyms in and around Medavakkam like Slam etc. Please go there as they do not save their money switching off the AC.

I TRIED ALL MY POSSIBLE OPTIONS TO REACH OUT "RAMESH" IT'S BEEN 8 YEARS AND THE STATUS REMAINS THE SAME. A UNETHICAL PERSON I HAVE EVER MEET I MY LIFE. AS A FAMILY WE ARE GOING THROUGH A VERY TROUBLESOME PHASE AND HE KNEW IT ALL. I DON'T UNDERSTAND HOW THIS PERSON IS STILL RESPECTED BY OTHERS. I WILL CONTINUE TO POST THE SAME TILL THE TIME HE PROPERLY HANDOVERS MY PROPERTY TO ME. AN UNETHICAL PERSON..

I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to get in shape. All the trainers are really awesome and helpful, I love my coach Mr.Sudarshan- he is the best so far I have seen. He is friendly, very helpful and has excellent knowledge on gym equipments. He works with dedication regardless of the fitness level of the client and has good understanding on dieting. His encouragement really motivates me. He evaluates strengths and weaknesses of the client perfectly and guide them towards their goal.

This is a perfect gym for achieving your goal..My trainer Mr. Sudershan is friendly and supportive and he is one of the best trainer here, he takes good care of people, guiding and motivating people to be fit and healthy. He takes wonderful care of my daily workout routine and he guides me with proper diet plans.. I recommend this gym for anyone who wants to be fit and healthy..

Equipments - Equipments for all the major muscles are present and are well maintained. Hygiene - The gym is kept clean as outside shoes are restricted, and also safety measures like sanitizing the mats and equipments are taken to ward off corona. Ambience - The ambience is top class, since its always kept cool inside the gym, with some upbeat music. Plus, the size of gym never fails to make it seen spacious even whilst accommodating a good attendance. Trainers - Well Qualified and Friendly trainers who are constantly ready and willing to help are present thought the day to help out with workouts.

My experience at the fortitude gym is always a positive one! From the variety of equipment, to the friendly and knowledgeable staff I would strongly recommend it. Weather its going to the fun group classes or asking one of their trainers for a personalized routine, they really do exceed all expectations! Yashodha master is very helpful and patient. The gym is affordable, convenient and a great training facility. Strongly recommend all to go it.

I came here for my son before 3 month because of accident he was not able to walk and bedridden. Now he's able to walk in the treadmill and doing his own work by himself it's happen only by trainer Mr Arun. he's doing special workout for my son and he's recovering day by day. The gym was well equipped and sanitized. Training was amazing and all the trainers are well trained and friendly atmosphere. I would blindly suggest fortitude gym for beginners to advanced people's
