Dr Radhi Malar is a skilled doctor with a pleasant manner with patients. She explains everything in language that is easy to understand and exudes comfort and confidence to the patient.her assistant Rama very kind and sweet person. I'm totally happy with the results of the cataract operations. Other hospital staff was also patient, kind and helpful.

My wife yamuna had surgery with Dr nithya ramamoorthy gynaecologist. She is wonderful doctor. We are very much satisfied her treatment. Hospital facilities also good. Thanks to dr nithya mam.

I got admitted in to Fortis Malar Hospital for a TURIS surgery on 3rd November 2023. The surgery and post-surgery care were very professional and all the staff , nurse and attendants took very good care and were extremely helpful. My special thanks to Dr. Pari and Dr. Shinu Abdul Rasheed and the operation theatre staff for a painless surgery. The hospital diet provided to me could have been more nutritious . However, the cashless insurance settlement procedure,was the only bad experience. Quick response to and from the TPA could have speeded up the discharge process. As a patient I had to personally follow up and coordinate with the TPA, Hospital and Insurance Company for approval. Each time I called up the TPA, I was told that the Insurance Desk at the hospital were slow in sending replies to their queries raised and hence the delay in approval. We were expecting to be discharged by 12 noon but the bill was ready only by 12.30 pm. The approval too was passed on from my personal mail to the insurance desk after they replied that the final approval has not yet been received from the TPA. We finally left the hospital around 7.45 pm, much tired waiting endlessly . This really tested our resilience and patience. I hope the hospital management takes steps to improve the cashless settlement procedure so that we get discharged without much delay and hassel. Thank you.

My mother got added to emergency care due to heart pain, and the care taken pre and post surgery was really good. We took private rooms and they were in good condition and daily housekeeping was done. Doctors, nursing staff, attenders were really friendly and helpful. I was all alone and the care hospital staff and doctors took of my mother was really good. Food given to patients was also of good quality and quantity

Excellent hospital - clean and well-maintained, excellent staff - always polite and always courteous and always helpful, and caring and professional doctors. I wish to especially thank Dr. Mohan Rao and Dr. Priyanka. Dr. Mohan Rao recommended surgery on my first appointment with him for a chronic problem. He was very professional, but cheery, positive, humorous, and extremely competent. Dr. Priyanka was there too from the first appointment. She too was positive, cheery and very optimistic. The best thing about both doctors was their caring, competent and optimistic attitude and their ability to allay all unnecessary fears while communicating the urgent nature of the surgery that was required in my case. I am extremely grateful to both doctors. The surgery went very well. Dr. Mohan Rao made sure I was completely at ease, and made sure to let me know post-surgery that the surgery had gone very well. I would also like to thank the anaesthetists and Dr. Sheetal. The hospital too is very well maintained, and I thank the nurses, the night doctors and the staff. I was a very noisy night patient (I was there for only one night) but the staff, the nurses and the night doctors did their best to reduce the pain. Dr. Priyanka and Dr. Mohan Rao made sure I recovered well, visited me pre and post surgery, and made sure I went home safe and sound. They were there for all follow-up visits.
