Many thanks to Dr. Vivek Vizh and his team of doctors for a job well done. The staff is very nice and friendly and well taken care of. Everywhere clean and tidy. Special thanks to the translators who tirelessly helped, accompanied us everywhere and got in touch at any time of the day.

The Neurosurgery department is very good . Nurses and room service is also great. All are helpful. But one member from the counselling team is rude and thinks we are wasting their time

I visited the Fortis Hospital for a routine check-up and I was very impressed by the quality of service and care I received. The staff were friendly, professional, and attentive. The hospital was clean, well-equipped, and organized. The doctor who examined me was very knowledgeable and explained everything clearly. He also gave me some helpful advice on how to improve my health and lifestyle. I did not have to wait long for my appointment and the billing process was smooth and transparent. I would highly recommend this hospital to anyone who needs medical attention or consultation. It is one of the best hospitals in the city .

The environment here is quite positive. Because of the positive environment, I have learned different things like how to manage various tasks in the right manner. And I appreciate all the doctors and nursing staff for their commitment. Everyone here is so cooperative ..Staff as well as doctor is so cooperative with their patients

My wife went for a preventive health check up. It started in time but for different tests,she had to figure out herself with no one to accompany her (other hospitals are better and has some person guiding) . After tests were done,no sign of the doctor...wasted time from 12.30pm till 4pm with no concrete news of doctor. Very unprofessional...had different perception as Fortis is supposed to be reputed. But experience otherwise. The whole day since the registration,the feeling was they are doing us a favour....no warmth,no empathy......I will avoid and probably would go back to Jaypee and Apollo

I want to tell you about my great experience at Fortis Hospital. When I went there, the people were really friendly and helpful. The doctors and nurses were very good at taking care of me. The hospital had really good equipment to help with my treatment. The nurses were always there when I needed them, and the doctors explained everything to me in a way I could understand. I left the hospital feeling better and knowing that I had been in good hands. Fortis Hospital is a really good place for getting better when you're not feeling well.

Today I visited Fortis Noida 62 , faculty and staff so nice and Helpful specially Divya at reception and Shivani sagore/ Prapti also very kind and helpful towards the patient they are keep coordinating/ interacting with parents which is good thing. Thanks fortis Team

The building and infrastructure is fine. And that's where all good ends. Have been to both OPD and In-patient experience. Both are bad. There is no communication and co-ordination between departments. Everything takes so much time that it seems like nobody is interested in anything. Sometimes it seems like one of the techniques to delay ICU discharge or final discharge. While docs seem to be under pressure to ensure all available tests under the roof are conducted on the patient, the rest of the staff is clueless. On top of that there is a complete lack of administration. Few staff are good but they are exception. Nursing staff is good and they deserve some appreciation but they are overloaded with so much paperwork that they are not able to focus on their real work- nursing and patient care. Both times, we went there for a particular specialist. Both the times overall experience fell short of expectations.
