We had a good experience from Fortis Mohali like always had. We have been coming to Fortis since 2019 and experience remained same. All the nursing and other staff are polite and helpful. Doctors are great here. I recommend Fortis Mohali to every patient.

My father was admitted here. We consulted Dr.Harsimran singh He is a great doctor. No words can describe his understanding and patience while dealing with his patients. A service oriented and very humble doctor. Nurses are too hardworking.

The doctors are the only plus.. my dad was admitted there.. Dr. Raval Jindal was the one who carried out the surgery.. the Doctor was exceptionally great... and also his subordinates but had very bad experience with the management. My dad had one surgery that went great in all ways, I was so impressed with all the efforts, unfortunately he was called in for another surgery after 6 days, I booked a double room for my dads comfort, I had my attendant staying with him overnight and the whole night there was no a/c and fan working and later for breakfast he was given fruits with flies sitting on it. At the OT, the dirty infected clothes were left on the ground for a whole hour or so no one came to clean up. I raised the issue with the management, that why am I being charged for a room while he stayed in worse than a general ward, not even was sincere apology.. it was all money making business. Empathy for patients who spend lakhs and lakhs of rupees daily for there loved ones to get best of treatment is zero. The only reason I will ever go there is because of the Doctors.

Its about a very good and senior psychiatrist. He was so good earlier , but now he is changed seeing him after 3 years, he did not attend me properly and told me not to waste his time. I was shocked, as i did not get his question.I cant expect this behaviour from a very senior doctor, when you have paid the Doctor consultation fees. 3 stars for his seniority and knowledge. Minus 2 for mis behaving in a Reputed Hospital like Fortis. Please sir attend your patients properly, as you are hope for them.
