We are happy with our experience at MCH here at Fortis. We had our case at some other hospital and doctor told us that baby is very weak so we came here to meet Dr Gursimran maam. And she is an expert doctor and very polite. We felt safe in her hands. Sis Gagan, Dr pooja helped us a lot. We recommend this hospital and Dr Gursimran maam for high risk delivery.

We are very thankful to MCH team for their extraoordinary care . we had a complicated pregnancy with low platelet count and Dr Gursimran handled my case with skills and despite so many problems she didnot frighten me. Sis Sarabjit , sis Gagan ,Dr pooja all are very goood and sincere. Dr Gaurav is also very good doctor.

Doctors are god and it was proved right as Dr Gursimran and her team did life saving surgery for me. I was struggling with pain since past few days and visited many doctors done with scans but nothing came out. I reached out to Dr Gursimran with my sister and she told us about possibility of pregnancy in tube. Rescan was done and it was a tube pregnancy which got teared off with active bleeding in my tummy. Mam prepared me for emergency surgery in minutes and saved my life . Surgery was done laparoscopywith no big complication. The perfect team of mam and nusig staff of MCH makes stay even better. Thank mam and forris for giving me new life. God bless

Poor medical service provided by the hospital. No communication between nursing staff We were paying for the single room , with poor service. Hard and broken mattress was provided. After requesting mattress change for 3 days the only answer we were given was please wait. Finally the mattress was changed just 2 hours before discharge. Horrible kitchen service. Food was served cold on multiple occasions . We ordered drink from the kitchen and it was served after waiting for 3 hours, same process every day. Won't recommend this hospital to anyone.

Very Poor Customer Management. They are not sticking to their words in term of payments. Exorbident high prices they are charging when patient is being treated on Insurrance policy. Insurrance company giving discount as per MoU with hostpital however hostpital denied that discount and charging to the customer. They are admitting patient on the name of doctor and patient kins are not been allowed to meet that doctor and even that doctor has not felt responsible enough to even meet patient or its kins. For three days treatment of fracture they have charged more than 2 lacs and when insurrance company offering certain discount...to which hostpital is not agreeing to pay that discount inspite of their MoU with insurrance company. Even though the patient is covered under cashless insurrance still hostpital asked to pay money for start of treatment. Very very sorry state of affairs. Its more of money minting thing and less importance on treatment. No values and no attention given while speaking to patient relatives and on clearing dues they are delaying in clearing advances taken from patient. After few days they says no we will not refund full amount. Please dont demean the name of Fortis. Its very cheap and poor state of affairs. Please dont cheat patients and their relatives.

We had a fabulous experience here. My mother had a laser surgery of uterus and doctor is ditto like we heard about her. True professional doctor with polite nature and very good hand.. Before trusting someone for ur mother so many questions came to my mind but after meeting Dr Gursimran maam we felt totally relaxed. Awesome doctor and staff. Special mention of opd staff Sis babli and Baijanti for all the help they offered.

If I would have to give the star rating then I would not give any. Negative rating is suitable for this Medical Center. We are from Ludhiana and last week my Grandfather got admitted in this Hospital. Their Counselling staff have rude behaviour and does not have any sense to talk with their customers. They misguide the patient's Family member by not telling the exact amount or estimated amount of fees. They admit the patients and are just doing there business. Now, the hospital team will not reply me as you guys can see in the reviews. They just give reply to the ones who give good words only.

We are very happy with Dr Gursimran. Some relative suggested about her and my wife had a high risk pregnancy with preterm delivery with diabetes and high bp. Mam is very helpful and understanding. She is always present for all our question. The best thing about her is that she gives time to her patient and listen to them.Your staff in mch is outstanding. Mam choosing you was best thing.
