Dr. Shampoo agarwal and other staff members are Concerned About Money Only, We Had A Follow Up Session Of Her Fellow Senior Doctor sandeepan Mukul, But She made Us Repay Consultancy Fee When We Disagreed Than They said Okay We Will Write The Dressing Same As Sandeepan Sir However When We Went To Billing Counter, She Had Written Medium Dressing Which Costs 850/- Whereas On First Day Of Treatment Senior Doctor Sandeepan Had Written Minor dressing, This Was Done To Recover Her Consultancy Fee Of 500/-. I Never Expected Such Unprofessionalism From Fortis Hospital doctors

I am writing this review sitting in this hospital. My 3 year old daughter got admitted here 2 days back. Doctor Satyen and Sanjay are taking care of her and are best doctors in city. The problem is with the hospital admin who is very rude and have no ethics to talk to patient. 2 days of my stay reminded me of any government hospital in India which are sometimes better than this.Highly uneducated admin staff , worst rules and unhygienic rooms. Will not recommend it to anyone looking for decent hospitalisation.

If you do not know how to respond to an emergency, you should shut your hospital. Terrible experience, pathetic management. Your staff does not know the rate of POP cast. X-ray & report takes more than 4 hours for an emergency case. So much red tape. It like in movies, where the hospital's aim is to make money and not care about the patient at all. Pathetic. You guys should not be running a hospital.

The hospital and its doctors are very well equipped to handle all kinds of contingencies. The staff is also polite, Bibin George at reception 6th floor was helpful with my billing and appointment with the doctor

Overall good experience, the treatment was good and very helpful staff especially Bibin george of gastro department who was present at 6th floor reception. fully satisfied with the service Bibin has rendered to us. He is very courteous and cooperative and helpful

My 3-year-old baby was suffering from fever, I visited this hospital there were long queues at the billing counter I waited for 30mints and finally, I approached the OPD in charge I requested that my baby is not well and I am waiting for so long. Her response was it is acceptable she can't help, the patient has to wait no matter whether he is well or not. Finally, after 40 minutes I got billing. When I moved to doc, He was not on the seat he was on the round. I had to wait for 15 min. This hospital doesn't care about patient time and the staff behavior was unempathetic.

The way of speaking to the baby heart specialist doctor(Sanjay Khatri) here was not good at all they do not know how they behave with those who have come with the patient, which means talking loudly with the lady in anger. This is not good behavior. Please make your staff aware.
