I recently had a positive experience at this hospital. The staff was attentive, friendly, and demonstrated genuine care. The overall ambience was comforting, contributing to a positive healthcare environment. I appreciate the professionalism and warmth during my visit.

The staff of this hospital is very caring and loving. first,I didn't expect the hospital to have good facilities and doctors but i was amazed by the experienced doctors and caring staff. Dr Manik Mahajan is very nice in his dealing and his staff Sharan and Satinder she's both are very caring and doing a great Job and other staff was also good Akwinder, Komal, kirandeep, kiran kumari, Guddu, Sharda, Palwinder & Physotherapist Staff is also doing a great job.They all were very nice to me during my stay. The hospital itself was very neat and clean. The food served was also very nutritious and healthy. Despite all of that,it had some flaws like it was very expensive , the washrooms were mostly all of the time clean. At the end, I had a very good experience than what I had expected. I suggest people to go to Fortis Hospital Amritsar. Overall, I will rate my experience a perfect 9/10

Very bad experience. Two years back I was admitted here due to dengue. The treatment was good. But now they only care about money. The price increase by 80%. For same day they are charging for single room as well as critical area because the billing was delayed by 45 min. Doctors visit at 12:30 pm daily but their billing cycle starts at 11:00 am so you have to pay 8000 room rent for next day bill also because the doctor was late in visiting you. Totally unjustice. My recommendation either change your billing cycle or change the visiting time of doctors so that patient don't have to suffer. Only recommend for bypass surgery or any emergency. That is only best in hospital. Also recruit more staff members because I can see that there is much need of staff members. Thank you

Very Bad experience with Fortis Amritsar.Doctors are not readily available and their assistant take round. Doctor visit only weekly when he has good number of cases. Ex servicemen are usually prey to these hospitals due to ECHS and may extent case to months .Nurses usually take signatures on blank forms. Only infrastructure is better than govt. Hospital but services are as it is.

Not a good hospital at all. Doctor is not patient friendly. Only looting the money of patient. Bilkul bakwas hai ye hospital. Patient ko test kara kar loot leta hai aur phir chod deta hai. Not advisable for ECHS members. They are simply looting the money of government. I have visited gastro doctor but the way he has treated the patient is not good. Management is also very poor... Yehan doctor ke need ke anusaar treatment hoti hai. Not advisable for ECHS members. Doctor is not caring at all to ECHS patient just simply looting him
