Dev is an exceptional trainer !! I think he is the best in delhi. I travel a lot and hence I have been trained from a lot of trainers. But the changes I have seen in myself after 3 months of training from him is mind-blowing. Best part is he mixes functional training , body weight trainings , yoga asnas and weight training and hence increases stamina , endurance and strentgh and body flexibility. I had lot of cramps before joining him and I was always fatigued , hence he made me do lots of stretches and I am now super flexible and a lean machine like Brad Pitt in fight club !! Thank you Dev sir you are the best , wish you all the best in your career !
