We have attended our Employees Cooperative society meeting today. After the meeting we had a nice vegetarian buffet dinner. All the items were so good. The ambience is cozy.
Very bad experience we had while our holiday two weeks back. Hotel management is always confused, and tries to extract as much possible amount from guests giving different reasons. Their check in and out policy is weird and keep on charging for everything. The breakfast and La Carte food items are so expensive than a 4 star Hotel.
I had been to this place on urgent work in Chennai Central area. Took this particular place out of best location. But it was disappointing. The attached toilets were badly maintained. To my surprise the front office area looks excellent. The front office staff especially the gentlemen over there, was the other thing in earning a black mark for this hotel. Restaurant was ok, in contrast to the front office staff. Food was somewhat ok.
Check in and check out policy is not proper & front office staff are confused. Room is ok. Location is excellent 1 only because of the gentleman at front office.
The service was good in this hotel. There is a bar and restaurants and they do have an exclusive vegetarian restaurant inside the hotel premises The hotel is also located at a convenient place. It's just a little way from the metro station and railway station. It's well connected so whoever is traveling there can stay in here with good amenities and have a luxurious experience
Room service was worst . Water supply of sink and bathroom was choked . TV setups was not working. I called many times to maintain these problems . But response was very slow and negative. Restaurant is good and food also.
Room was not upto the mark. As we entered in room it was bad smell. Water at was area was Leaking. Some Charging were not working properly. Food was normal.
Best thing about this hotel is its location, as it very close to Egmore railway station. You can easily walk between the station (entry) and the hotel within 6-7 minutes. The service in my opinion is average. On one occasion I was especially disturbed when I found that some interviews were going on on my floor and the corridor was full of people waiting for their turn and talking loudly in the mean time.
