Large open area filled with plants and trees. Continental food is 5 Star. Staff is very courteous. Laundry service is too fast and upto the mark. A bit to improve regarding food taste and buffet variety served. Thank you Management to give us a free upgrade to Suite Room.

I stayed at Fort Munnar with my parents in mid Dec 2022. The hotel is away from the crowded part of Munnar and you really appreciate the serenity. We had 2 Valley View rooms that were tidy, spacious and well kept. The bathroom was large and the trick to getting hot water was to let the pipes run for a bit. (Thanks for the staff for telling us this at check in!).The rooms were well laid out with the bed in the centre but also had a nook with a small couch and desk. This made for a nice space to enjoy a cup of tea together after a long day of sight seeing! We had breakfast at the hotel both days and were impressed with the choices. The staff made sure to attend to us with hot food and drinks. All hotel staff were friendly, attentive and courteous. I will definitely recommend Fort Munnar to anyone visiting Munnar.

I stayed here with my wife. I have good memories for this place. The only negative thing is this property is far away from Munnar it's very hard to get out. But if you need some nice ambiance and scenery rather than going out all the time this is one of the best option

Very well maintained property. We stayed at Fort Munnar to attend a meeting from Nov 6th-9th 2022. We received a good hospitality from the hotel staff. The food was really delicious and the quality was excellent.The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The front desk staff was polite and helpful. Very well maintained property. We stayed at Fort Munnar on a vacation family trip from 18th to 21st Dec 2022. We received a good hospitality from the hotel staff. The food was really delicious and the quality was excellent. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The view from room was quite scenic and charming. The restaurant manager Mr Mukesh was very caring. They even served salad and papad as a token of consideration towards their guests. The front desk staff was polite and helpful. Rahul was always charming and loved to assist. The property manger Mr Prasad was also a simple and helping down to earth person. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and would stay here again. The entire experience from the room to the courtesy of the staff, the food it was all commendable. Overall a good property to stay.

We came here with a group of around 25 with a lot of Europeans for dinner. They had a buffet with nice food, not too many choices but the quality was really good. The whole ambience is very nice, plus it's very clean and the staff is extremely helpful and welcoming. We had ssome extra wishes and they did what they could to help us with that. Wish we had known this place before we would have also booked rooms here. Thanks again!

A comfortable resort for hide away all day to day busy schedules. Located at a picturesque valley adjoining cardamom plantations. Neat and clean rooms. Got a play room with TT, Carroms, Chess and Billiards. Buffet Breakfast and Dinner were very good and tasty though not a big spread. The staff in front office and restaurant were very polite and helping. Overall a we enjoyed the stay.
