The owner Mr. Thomas is very helpful and friendly. The room charges are the best. Affordable and hygienic. They have a dining area inside and outside on the canopy of a mango tree

Our experience was exceptional! The hosts were incredibly welcoming, the room was clean comfortable and cozy. We appreciated the recommendations for local attractions by the host. We would definitely return here on our next visit.

The location is perfect. No crowd, safe and decent area. Very warm and helpful host Mr Thomas. He helped us plan our itinerary as well. Rooms could use some more ventilation. Beds are comfortable and all basic amenities are there.

This is an excellent homestay right in the heart of Fort Kochi, close to all the attractions in the area and a number of great restaurants and cafes. The house itself is neat, spacious and has everything you need for your stay. We personally felt extremely at home staying in this place and it has a nice old-world charm to it. Mr. Thomas is a wonderful host and is extremely helpful making us feel very welcome at his place.

Neat, clean , spacious rooms with hot water available. Nice space around with beautiful garden. Cool & calm surroundings. Host Thomas is a super person with an easy to go attitude and very friendly to have a conversation. Near to beach & jetty. Also, easily to cover all places to visit in Kochi.

We, A family of 8 members + 1 baby had a great comfortable warmth environment provided ny Mr.Thomas, the owner of the residency. Hygienic rooms with all basic sophistication included in Kochi. Service provided was amazing for the new comers in guiding them the best spots and so kind enough to let us stay for extended time even after the checkout time, understanding our exhaustion due to summer heat. As the saying goes, the best feeling is not the places but the places with memories created around beautiful people and this is definitely one to recommend for all highly, a bingooo experience.... Forgot to post a review shortly after my stay but one of the best places to rent a room. The owner is so friendly and helpful, will call a taxi for you or help make appointments for adventerous outings. The rooms are very clean with properly cleaned sheets and towels. The ac works and it was beyond freezing, so if your visiting in the hottest season just know the ac machine is top notch. Was really nice to communicate with the owner and hear about his family's success and what his children are perusing with their lives, you can tell he is very proud and has every right to be so. Very welcoming atmosphere with a lounge, there's a TV, books, and plenty of chairs to sit and make new friends at. 5 stars through and through. Will deff stay here again on my next visit.

Kochi is a very beautiful place to visit, and Fort Garden Residency a great option to sleep. It's a very nice homestay, located in a quiet street just 5 minutes walk to the most important places to visit in Kochi. Nice and pleasant family, they helped us a lot during our stay, giving a lot of tips to move around and the best places to visit. We needed buy some tickets for continue our trip and they helped how to get it. The room is comfortable, not too big but with AC, hot water, wifi and a quiet share terrace with the family for rest and work. Good choice with no doubt!
