Worst experience, i have visited the hospital 3 times, even after booking the receptionist lady has not allowed to see the doctor. They are telling to wait for hours even though there were less patients. Pathetic experience with the handling on patients. Today i have visited again they were telling you can't re- book again. It would be helpful if doctor take care of this and help me with this problem.
I had a good experience with the doctor... The reception ladies are having a very bad attitude I request the doctor to look into this matter.... Doctor had referred me to Amala medical college and asked me to report or call back... When I called they are refusing to give it to the doctor and telling me rudely to hold on the call if not call back after 10 min if possible we will connect.. Is this required for me mam... I could have kept quiet but I obeyed the words so I got... I am informing this so that no one else feels like me.. Thank you. ...we had obeyed the covid protocol too... I am telling prior to avoid this reply. .
One of my acquaintances from Mankara,Sahadevan by name had taken his little niece Diya t to Dr Ms Sudheer .Thw kid was suffering from a skin ailment for quite some time and Dita's family had shown her condition to a number of dermatologists in and around Parli where she lives.Though a batteryof blood and other tests were done and medications given,there was no cure.Finally her uncle took her to Ottapalam where the doc correctly diagnosed the kid's condition and a 15 day course of medicines wwas prescribed.Sahadevan too care and ensured that the kid took the medicines.The condition was cured and the girn is back to her school and her teacers too were surprised how well Diya had recovered. Dr Ms Sudheer desreves our compliments and gratitude for the nice treatment and curing the girl.A very polite and helpful and knowledgeable doctor.We wish her all the best.

Very good doctor, but time managemenet is very poor. Visiting hours was 1 to 2 pm but the Doctor started the consultation only around 2:00pm. Keeping the patient waiting for one hour is not good that also inthe lunch hours....
