The store has an amazing collection. But the sizes of some dresses are very small and they have only a few heels collection. But the clothes and the rest of the footwear collection is very amazing. Prices of these products is affordable to almost all budget ranges
Big shop, huge discounts (70% off), helpful staff. But 4* because quality must be improved.
Pretty large store for the things they had to offer, there was a 50% sale when I visited the the clothes accessories were just dumped and cluttered as if they were permanently closing the store, but we were enlightened it was the stock clearning sale.
Still they had pretty amazing deals. The lingerie, denims n trendy tops. And amazing clutches!
Store needs to stand on the expectations of the name, quality n the standards they have put.
COVID guidelines are hardly followed n they're allowing the trials so I don't know, it's a little risky.

The merchandise quality is very bad, though the design, styles are good but fits, cuts and fabric quality is bad. It's good for a one-time wear. Accessories are okay, bags, belts and shoes. The pricing is for the budget friendly, price conscious customer.
Bad experience! Shopped on the 2nd of August 2020 . Amount was 5890 and i paid using debit card , it was swiped twice by the cashier inspite of me telling him that i had received my payment confirmation therefore twice the amount was deducted from my bank account and i haven't gotten it back till now , neither has forever 21 shown any initiative or co-operation still going to the bank again and again for the payment in this situation

This is suman from.navi mumbai. I had bought a pullover from your grand Central store seawoods in month of Jan 2021. I wore the pullover in my recent ladakh trip and try washing it two days back . I washed it in cold water using hands as instructed in wash care lable.
To my surprise the pull overs red strips started bleeding when i was washing it . The red colour was allover the pull over . I just can't believe that this kind of poor quality clothing forever 21 can import from china. I am utterly disappointed in you people.
I want my money refund or pull over exchange in this case. I am attaching picture of the pullover here
