Forever 21 - Chandigarh, Mohali Road - Clothing store in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar - S.a.s Nagar, India

I had ordered 3 pieces of clothing from Forever21 online which 2 of the clothes were delivered and 1 of the pieces was missing past the date they had to deliver to me, I tried calling them but it wasn't working so I came to this forever21 physical store to ask what should I do, so I talked to some people there but the vibe was weird, they seem to not understand what I was saying, they were about to give me a non equivalent shirt to the one I bought online, they weren't instruct me properly, the person attending me was acting weird, everything felt off but then I saw a guy who seemed like he knows how things worked approached and told him what happend the guy understood me told me that they are not responsible or connected to the online business and instructed me to contact Forever21 via other ways on the website which I did and they ended up giving me a refund instead of the shirt for which I'm grateful. There might be rumors about me wanting to do something else when it was not true, what I wanted is to know what should I do, so I had to come here and explain myself, which I don't think I should since it was clearly obvious what my intentions were, who ever is spreading rumors should fact check and have clear understanding of english first.

There was a guy that works there who started following us the moment we stepped into the store very creepy. He didn't try to help us he only kept following us. We picked up some clothes and a card wallet and he stopped us to say accessories are not allowed in try room. When I started looking at a purse he said "this is a fresh piece not a discounted item". He then followed us to the dressing room and waited outside for some reason I will never understand. We weren't dressed badly i don't know why he was treating us like that at FOREVER 21, a place with clothes that costs very less and are made of synthetic material. We didn't walk into the store dressed in chappal and home clothes or with bad grooming. But he was acting towards us like we were at a high end designer boutique and couldn't afford anything. Somebody tell him it's a *FOREVER 21*, no need to act so high and mighty. My sister didn't buy anything she found it uncomfortable it was all made of rayon and not good for the summer. When we left the try rooms, he was waiting for us and smirking and saying "what happened ma'am kucch liya nahi?" I said no it was all cheap quality because I wanted him to shut up. This man who makes a minimum wage salary acts like he can treat customers like he's better than us. He couldn't even buy a rubber band from this store and is treating us like we are less. Chandigarh people are hostile but in no other mall or store have i found such a creepy fellow. This man should be fired and not have any customer service job. No wonder F21 is empty and H&M is full.

I went there to exchange my dress and from last 3 days their system is not working like seriously !! non brand stores are better then them what to expect more from them everyday they giving excuses

I had a very terrible experience yesterday, I went shopping to get a few things and I picked it up a few things on my hand to purchase them this saleswoman was consistently checking on me as if I were a shoplifter, and I felt very uncomfortable by this act. The staff members are unprofessional.

It's basically review about our mindset.. we are ready to spend 2 hours and thousands of rupees in a store where a customer can not get water for thirsty kid , reason by guy - WE DO NOT OFFER WATER ... ( U R IN INDIA ???) Then a person sitting is asked to leave his seat being it's a display table, how can or why one should keep waiting standing for 1 hour ... justification by store guy - sitting not allowed in any of stores these days ... Hahaha ... And we spend illogically on these places

Pathetic service to be honest . One should think twice before ordering something from them. They haven't returned my money since 2 months ,good luck on expecting your money returns ..it never happens. Update : its been more than 5 months and I still didn't get my refund... I legit feel im not getting my money back ever..I've said it already, I'm saying it again think thrice before ordering something from here..honestly.

No discount even on independence day

I love their collection. But the store at VR Punjab does not keep Menswear. Alas, I have to buy online. My girl friends love it though.
