Forever 21 or C21 mall having good shops, movie n food outlets. Prime location.

Uneducated Manager (Dinesh Azad) & Anil/Rajkumar Parmar is one of the worst employee who doesn't know how to talk to the customers. Very rude and pathetic person with no manners. Never thought Forever21 would get down to such level to keep employees like these. Very disappointed. Definitely not going there again and would suggest everyone to switch to H&M and other brands rather than dealing with such stupid people.

Bad customer service and customer treatment. Unprofessional Manager and staff. One of the staff Anil parmar doesn't know how to behave and treat the customers. Strict action must be taken against them. Would suggest avoid going here and try more customer friendly brands.

I went just 4 days ago and at that time, I didn't find their clothing collections is better but yes In accessories, bags and footwear had good collection.

So I bought a footwear worth 1300 from your store and guess what it broke after wearing it just 2 times also there is no size for women of all shapes and that is one of major disadvantage. I am never buying anything from your store .bye

Really disappointed by forever 21 in indore. The collection is very limited and not so great. Did not find any good items to buy. Plus there isn't many helpers in the shop to guide you.
