I had gone today. Well first of all the salesperson didn't seem too interested. Kept suggesting a size too large. For billing I gave my card yet he typed the name wrong. They could not do anything about it. On coming home when I took out the crop. Jacket all buttons had loose threads. I tried calling. Numbers on the bill were of ex employees or not functional. Called another store and asked the person there to go to forever 21. Then I got a call from them. Sent a picture of the bill and product. Now I have to spend 300 to go to the mall and get it exchanged please don't buy anything here

I purchased a pair of black boots from Ahmedabad and they were faulty. Reached out to the Amanora store and told them the concern, the gentlemen at the cash register heard me out and were really helpful (Sagar & Afroz I think were their names) and gave me a replacement and made my entire customer experience at the store worth it. I purchased 2 more pairs. Kudos!!

After spending 30min in the shop and going to pay at the cashier for the articles, they removed the sale tag and said foreigner don't get a discount. Most racist shopping experience!
