Very quiet, serene urban forest. Peacocks abound. There's even a small hill you can climb and see great views from. Best time to visit is weekday mornings.
It is a very calm and serene place for spending some time away from the urban hustle. This forest houses big ant hills, memosa aka touch me not plants, wise variety of wild flowers, bamboo, coconut and mango trees. Word of caution to follow timings as mentioned on the fate and to wear full clothes to avoid getting but by insects and ticks. All in all, nice place for disconnecting and experiencing the wilderness
This place is just at the corner of where I live and it's my favourite spot for my morning jogs and cycling rides with my son. Simply gorgeous air and surrounding. I just hope it stays this way for decades, untouched and green and clean.
Great place. Was free till this year... Now cycling charges are 25/cycle and walking is 10/person...

Perfect place for jogging, mediation and cycling the ambience makes your day
I go for my morning walk everyday ton the road that runs along the forest. A quiet road and no traffic at all during early morning hours. Sometimes we see Peacocks flying across the road. The walk on this tree lined road motivates you to walk further and further and you don' feel tired at all. I walk 10km everyday on this road. Somehow I got addicted to this road. If i miss my morning walk even one day, I feel like I lost something till I resume the activity next morning.
