Very nice place to spend time with family and friends. One can see a variety of trees here. Foot path is there to walk around the forest. Very rare species are also maintained. All tress have scientific names. This is Very useful for students. Medicinal benefits of trees are also mentioned on every species of trees. Very large space is occupied, and still trees are being planted. Benches are placed everywhere to sit and relax. Play area is also there near entrance for children. Snacks shops are available inside. Sampling are also available for decent price. Parking facility inside the campus available. Entry fee is nominal for children and adult.
Absolutely pleasant place to sit and relax... Surrounded by herbal plants and lots of trees. Good for childrens to spend 2 hours max. At affordable entry fee Rs 10/- only. Good for friends, family to sit and speak in the natural forest with good fresh air. Lots of trees. Absolutely good.

Entrance ticket is just Rs 10 only. No car parking here. Rest rooms are good. Very big park with variety of trees and flowers.Nice place for photo shoot. its very well maintained by forest department.this park located Vandaloor zoo to Kelambakkam road.Best Place to Spend an Evening , Such a Good Ambience with Fresh Air Filled with Trees and Medicinal Plants.The Place has Stone Benches at a Regular Internal of Walking Space to Relax . Overall I Would Recommend this Place.
Surprisingly offers a great close to nature experience. Has the Potential of becoming a dense urban forest in 10+ years as the entire area is planted with lot of tree saplings. Operational time 9.00am to 5.00 pm. Entry 10Rs for adults. Got a couple of refreshment shops (as usual this area is littered)near to entrance area. Kids play area also available. Loved the ambience and looking fwd for more visits in future. Good job for who ever thought about this here and hope more will come up like this.

*Fantastic place in the busy area.. Must go place.. *20 acres area approximately.. Good place to spend evening.. *This place has rare and Medicinal herbs more than 300.. a walk like 5 feet for arround 1.5 km covering all those plants.. Once these plants becomes trees, it will be more like forest.. *This place is coming under vandalur zoo.. *Lots of stone seats available in this parks, some were pre occupied by the lovers lookalike.. *It is available till 6pm only.. *No tickets for babies/kids.. for adults Rs.10 only.. *Further lots of kids playing swings, slides, see-saw available.. plenty available.. *And there's a tea shop located which can be access from inside the park also.. it has bajjis, tea, coffee, ice creams, snacks, etc.. *Entire park is clean and good.. must visit place.. *Every Tuesday holiday just like the vandalur zoo.. *Car Parking available on the road, whereas bikes can be parked inside also. *Restroom facility available.. *Selling of medicinal saplings with moderate rates.. you can buy one to your home

Kendriya Vihar has 3 blocks A, B & C. Each block has three separate parks. A block park just surrounded by all A block houses and it's always lively. You can see kids playing in front of our houses safely. I love this park most.
This place is very calm and beautiful. Full of trees and there is lot of space of walking. Many chairs are there for sitting. This was a dump yard converted to tree park with many native trees(600) varieties. Elderly, kids enjoy this place very much.
