This is the worst establishment I have ever witnessed. There is absolutely no regard for the satisfaction of the customer. The customer lounge is in terrible condition. The service manager behaves like a dictator. I am completely unhappy with the atmosphere. If it were possible, I would have rated this place with no stars. Additionally, the establishment is uncomfortably hot and it is clear that the customer is not appreciated.
