Seriously I don't know where to start as before coming to gym I was so sceptical about whether I should go or I should join or not whether the trainers are friendly But after joining I feel so positive vibes awesome which eventually boost my determination and dedication. The gym is very spacious according to me which I like on the very first day. And Everytime you did any workout the trainers @Mangal bhaiya and @Durgesh bhaiya will always there to encourage and help you. Their dedication towards their every student ( I can say that in a way) which is very motivating and which will never let you give up on anything. Also they understand what are you striving for and they will get you there and forward while having some little bit of fun(which is important part too). And with day by day the sessions will get intense and you will love the diverse workout combinations. And I am not leaving this gym anytime soon as per my personnel experience you will get results u just have to be dedicated towards this.

Everything is awsm here what do you want to do strength, cardio and nice trainer and the gym is fully air conditioner and you get sweater here in cold atmosphere which is the great thing here machines are new so no problem in doing anything, smart trademil with many functions, RO water machine available in which you get all 3 types of water(cold, hot, normal), clean lavatory is available and camera system is also available so your things like mobile, wallet and other useful things safe here and many girls also come here and most importantly they feel safe here and in the gym their is a safe changing room mainly for girls. The members of gym are mostly great personalities like doctors,reporters, government officers, city's S.P. also come here to make himself fit and many other pepole overall from my point of view it is great gym in a city like hardoi..

Best gym of hardoi even trainer (mangal singh) is very friendly and sincere.

If someone done tremendous effort to make u healthy and fit, u sud give credit same wht i done here. Force fitness club, hardoi,only gym I found whose trainer is doing their job with full dedication.if someone searching for good health and heart, plz join and it's my personal experience they not disappointe u.i found result myself.thank you for all efforts- mangal sir, durgesh sir.

Nyc equipments nd free space nd also a very healthy environment with supportable gym trainer....my daughter also go there....so a good place fr girls also..
