Good gym and user friendly Round about 2000 sq ft area for gym and cardio

Good equipment to get the job done. No unnecessary fancy equipment that you will never use. Value for money.

Very rude owner and counter person. He used to say airconditioning Gym with nice equipments. but providing equipments in old condition and most of the non working condition, owner used to usually off the AC even people doing work out on the floor. without hiring personal trainer, trainer usually dont guide person new to workout. very rude to talk once done the admission if you face any issue regarding trainers on the floor and equipments

Good atmosphere and well behaved instructors , decent crowd with rush hours ranging from 7to 10 am and 5 to 9 pm. Open 17 hours a day from 6am to 11 pm. Cleaned and hygenic gym . 2-3 trainers available all the time. So far the best gym with reasonable fees

Its Good fitness center for reasonable price. I will suggest to improve quality of equipments though. Pros: 1. No parking issue as its on the main road. 2. Reasonable. 3. Restroom available. 4. 6 AM to 11 PM coverage. 5. Good trainers Cons: 1. Average equipment quality. 2. Less space for gyming. 3. Full range body excersize gym equipments missing. 4. Steam bath not available.

it has pleasant atmosphere, trainers are very helpful, 3 trainers are always available at any given time, there are two different rooms for gym and cardio, thus makes gym more spacious and is quite affordable

It has three separate sections for gym, cardio and cross fit. Trainers are very enthusiastic and helpful and they support in every aspect they can.

Nice gym, Nice equipment, But Trainers are not helpful. If you are taking personal trainer then this gym is very good for you.
