Had engaged the tour operator for a 9 day tour of Sikkim and Darjeeling for myself and my wife during March 2023, The tour operator executed the entire tour with no hazzles at all for us. It was a well managed and perfect trip, The end result of such a well managed tour was a truly memorable trip ! Footprint Holidays is one among the best professional trip organizer in Sikkim. I felt hotel options were excellent (Temi House & Etho Mitho ). The vehicle(s) deployed by them have highly skilled drivers. We choose 8 days trip itinerary and had wonderful experience. One of home suggested by them at Turuk was memorable, and I would like visit that place again, to explore that area more. I thank Ritez and his team (drivers and hotel staff) to make our stay and journey during this trip wonderful and memorable one.

Lovely tour organization done by Mr Ritez and his team (Mr Dikchen, Mr Bikendra, Mr Prakash and several others including Mr Ritez's mother) which made our entire Sikkim tour incredibly memorable. Very punctual and accomodating with our requests to see local spots and try our local food, made me want to go again to visit and definitely use their services everytime I visit Sikkim. Also very important to mention that no extra or additional charges were asked from us except for our package price for 7N 8D and it's important to consider that since we never faced any such issues and the payment terms were reasonable as well. We had booked 2N 3D package tour to North Sikkim ( Yumthang Valley and Zero point) and it was a very good experience booking via Footprint. We were given the detailed expenses upfront and didn't charge anything extra. The vehicle provided was Innova and was in very good condition. The driver Tenzing was very good and ensured we had a safe and memorable travel. Coming to pricing, We felt it was definitely on the higher side. But overall, we still felt it was worth it and it was a memorable trip.

The team at footprint holidays is brilliant. My request was for a spaced out vacation to explore Sikkim. While I did have some places in mind, thanks to all the travel reviews Ritez had given me a options and I was able to finalise quickly. The itinerary Sha fas so detailed along with the altitude increase or drop so we can be prepared and with words of caution too on where we can experience discomfort. This made us better prepared as there was a child travelling too. The choice of places to go, the choice of places to stay were just the most picturesque of all I have ever stayed in. Each place was always felt like "I wish I could stay longer". It was never enough. Ritez was always there until the dates leading up to the actual travel to clarify my doubts. I called many times to keep asking whatever queries I had and he would patiently speak. Dikchen is amazing in terms of transport coordination. He gave us the best of drivers and cars everywhere. When going on these road trips you need attentive and knowledgeable drivers. They knew not just the road but also the history and current affairs! So was a good conversation adding to the spot on driving skills. Never did we feel the hilly road sickness. One driver specifically Andrew took us to the best spots near Lachen and Lachung, helped in selecting the best jackets and boots on rent and helped me with oxygen when I felt a bit of AMS. Thanks to him we were able to soak ourselves in a hot spring! All in all it has been the best vacation so far with great views of the mighty Kanchenjunga right from my bed! Undoubtedly the best tour operator in Sikkim! They take care of everything from accommodation, to food to transport. Their service is impeccable! We booked a tour of Sikkim with them in the month of April, 2019 for about 7-8 days and never once did we have even a single complain. Special mention for the head chef (Rahul) at the Temi Homestay in Gangtok, his culinary skills are excellent!! Our driver Sebin was really interactive and he made sure we had a great time. Thanks to Mr. Ritesh for being a gracious host!

We had booked 10 days Sikkim tour through Footprint Holidays, which turned out to be one of the best vacation in years!! Mr. Ritez had helped to customize our iternary and was very prompt and clear in his responses to all our queries. His quick and genuine responses were the main reason to zero in on Footprint Holidays to manage our tour. Knowing nothing about Sikkim, we had our reservations about traveling with our kids. If stay is one thing, travelling through the mountainous region day in and day out is another. And very trusted and confident driver is equally important!! The tedious mountain travel everyday were made easy by very skilled driving staff of Footprint which deserves kudos!! Special mention for Mr.Tenzing who not only drove us around but also proved to be a great guide and companion. He accompanied us everywhere and was sharing information about various places. Not to forget his photography skills :-)
