The army has digitized the records of all its officers so that no officer of the Indian Army has any complaint regarding his service-record. That is, if an officer has any complaint related to his age, recruitment or salary, then he can directly complain about it online. Until now, complaints in the army were made only by letter or file-move, which was a long process. But the Army has recently launched a special 'Officers Autonomous Structure Infosystem' for its officers, due to which any officer is stationed in any corner of the country and can sit there and file a complaint related to his service at the Army Headquarters. . Let me tell you that a few years ago, the then Army Chief General VK Singh had dragged the government to the Supreme Court in a dispute over his date of birth, which led to a tussle between the army and the government. General VK Singh claimed that his age had been reduced by one year at the time of recruitment, due to which he had to retire a year earlier. But the government considered his age as recorded in the records at the time of his commissioning.

A circular park surrounded by trees, a beautiful fountain at the centre, and Victoria memorial lie few metres away outside the circle. It is a good place to relax within the nature with a pleasant music plays all around the park.
