Massage is superb but please do advance booking
The owner is irresponsible and lacks punctuality. I booked a slot at 12 noon a day before.On the day itself i called at around 11am in the morning and confirmed i will be coming, owner said therapist Tina is attending a customer, please come by 12:15.I reached there at 12:25pm, I was told to wait for another 20 mins i e 12:45. If there is first come first serve basis, please don't take appointments and waste our time by not committing on the time.Very unprofessional behaviour by the owner
Very unprofessional, not at all comforting. There massage can give you injuries.
Their regular clientele consists of sleazy uncles sharing double meaning jokes with the masseuse.
They are constantly talking and giggling with each other
Wont recommend.
Good place for a foot massage but aging interiors now... Got a bit shady few months ago but recovering well... Must try the 60 min, 90 min and couple massage (if a couple already, not anything else)..

So this was our 3rd time there and we had bought coupons from Nearbuy. It was a 90 min message session. There were three therapist / masseuse there. They kept talking and giggling amongst themselves and we're complaining amongst each other about their Owner who was referred as "Sir" and my partner had to tell the woman to apply less pressure repeatedly. Our session ended in 60mins. Though we raised an issue with the owner he was more inclined to push the entire thing on us instead of even listening.
Worst message parlour and very shady to say the least. Filled with unprofessional and unqualified people who prefer to do these sessions wearing "Churis and Bangles". A total waste of money, time and energy.
My honest suggestion is to visit some other place and not waste anything here.
1.The place is not that well kept. The interior looks tattered. Ambience is poor.
2. The place doesnot offer a professional service or professional experience at all. The masseurs are talking amongst themselves. Its a small place but noisy.
3. The masseurs are not professionally / properly trained for foot reflexology / massage. The dnt ask you if you have any discomfort / issues etc. They folded my leg/ knees in various directions suddenly and even before I could stop them I had already hurt myself.
If you are looking forward to a spa / relaxing professional service this is not the place.
If you want ' pa malish ' at an economical rate from untrained people then this place is ok. Massage is pretty awful. Will not visit again.
Wish could use zero star. Horrible is an understatement. Wont recommend any soul. The owner was awful and repeatedly misbehaving. wrong address posted in nearbuy, no one can reach at first attempt. Voucher redeemed before as soon as i got in and no service for 30 long minutes. When asked to notify nearbuy so vouchers can be refunded due unavailability of service, owner horribly misbehaved with threating language. Still in shock. Had to miss an important appointment due to their extreme unprofessionalism.
Best service I have ever received. Highly recommended sonali sen. She is the best therapist .She provides proper releif to the pain areas from head to toe.She deserve 10 star rating.
I enjoyed and liked my first visit. The staffs are very courteous and the service provided is also value for money. They do not use any kind of chemical product rather they use natural ingredients. I am going to visit definitely after a month or so.
My partner and I had the most relaxing time at just relaxing Massage. The couple's massage was exceptional, and the jacuzzi experience was pure indulgence. The convenience of booking online made our spa day hassle-free and enjoyable.
