Though the service was exceptional, the food left much to be desired. The waitstaff were attentive, friendly, and prompt, ensuring a pleasant dining experience. However, the quality of the dishes fell short of expectations. I hope they can improve the culinary aspect of their offerings to match the level of service they provide. Keeping aside the taste of the food, kids will definitely enjoy the experience of dining in. PS. I want to share my recent experience at the train restaurant in Kakinada, so others know what to expect. I'm really unhappy with my time there, and it's hard to even give it one star. The first problem was the high prices for the food. They charged a lot for simple roadside-style dishes, and it just didn't feel worth it. The food quality didn't match the cost, and that was disappointing. The soft drinks were another letdown. They charged me 40/- for a drink that only costs only 10/-That's not fair. And the taste was really bad - it felt like drinking only sugar and some colour. When I asked the staff about it, their explanation didn't make sense. I'm writing this review not just to complain, but to warn others. We should speak up when we're not happy with what we get, especially the food and drinks we pay for. The problem with drinks from the fountain in glasses is serious. Bad cleaning and too much sugar can be harmful. At the soda hub store nearby, they are experts at mixing flavors and creating great soda choices. Unfortunately, at the restaurant, they lack the knowledge to mix flavors effectively. To sum up, my visit to the train restaurant in Kakinada was disappointing. The high prices and poor-quality drinks left me unsatisfied. I hope we can all be careful and talk about our experiences so restaurants can do better.

They were constantly chatting among themselves, neglecting to check on tables, and appeared oblivious to the needs of diners. It took an excruciatingly long time for them to even acknowledge my presence, let alone take my order. To make matters worse, the waiters made numerous mistakes with our orders. They mixed up items, brought the wrong dishes, and seemed confused when we tried to address the issues. Their lack of attention to detail and inability to handle simple requests was truly astonishing. Moreover, the wait time for our food was ridiculously long. It felt like an eternity before our meals arrived, and by the time they did, they were lukewarm at best. It was evident that the kitchen was not to blame for this particular issue, as other tables around us received their orders promptly. To add insult to injury, when we finally managed to get the attention of a waiter to express our concerns about the poor service, they brushed us off with a dismissive attitude. It was as if they didn't care about our dissatisfaction and were more interested in avoiding any responsibility. In summary, my experience at [Restaurant Name] was marred by the abysmal service provided by the waitstaff. One time visit only just for trains . Food is not so good. Nothing spl dishes to recommend.

Nice ambience. Good concept. Everyone would definitely love the TRAIN concept. Food us carried by 3 trains to all tables with station names on each table. Must visit place in Kakinda. Starters are good. Didn't taste main course.

Worst experience. Chef changed. No proper chef to prepare starters. Used lots of soya sauce in every starter. Worst mughlai biriyani ever tasted. Train sensors didn't work & entire food spilled on floor. Worst part is serving ladies tried serving same food. I recommend strongly not to visit with family

Restaurant has good ambience and pleasant atmosphere. Interior looks good. But coming to the food, taste is not up to the mark. And the prices of items are little high. Even for the higher prices, less quantity is served. Some items on the menu are not available. There's a lot to improve.
