Recently I ordered dog bone tag from this shop on amazon , they sent me empty box, and I complaint and got replacement and second time also they sent me empty box, any way amazon refunded my money back. don't trust this pet shop they are the best fraud on amazon. they are running in the name of ( Foodies puppies ) in online ecommerce. Very professional and honest people. I had ordered a dogs crate online through an e-commerce app, but unfortunately the model i had ordered was not available. So they took the trouble to call me n tell me that they are sending me a different one which was a size smaller and asked me if agree for the same or not.. the rate was Slightly different too due to the size difference. Even though I had already made payment priorly but still the difference amount was refunded to me by them (it was some 800rs. I guess) Very satisfied with their honesty and professionalism.
I placed order for Tetra Bits fish food 0.8kg and paid Rs 599 through Flipkart but product delivered is 93gm. Also mail id is wrong. I tried to mail complain through but address not found. This is cheating with customer.
