i had ordered a gift hamper of mathi for my friend on 6 may'23. order no 2429. But i didnt recieve any reply or message of delivery of my order from food cloud. Also they are not responding to my calls or whatsapp message.
It would be better to order them through amazon and not directly. We have tried before their products. But we liked only their mathi, and other munchies are just below average.
I had ordered a Keto cake to be delivered to my fiancee. Since this was my first time with foodcloud and this Chef, I was pretty skeptical. I anyway decided to go ahead after a telephonic conversation with a team member who re-assured me of the service. The cake was ideal, good combination of all ingredients and rich in taste. The sweetness was slightly low but it wasn't a concern for someone on keto!
Suggestions: I felt the price was a bit high for the size along with delivery, the icing could be better and the order reached an hour late. Three things to be worked on. Overall, a good experience.

I have very bad experience with this company and specially unprofessional guys like Ram Kaushik and devendra, i have worked with him as a freelancer for 2 days i have done all worked successfully as per suggestions within time and also they accept my work was good but on last their feedback and response was very unprofessional, unnecessary, selfish and unmannered. i will not recommend any one to worked with him as well do not use their service.
