Food Street - Restaurant in Hubballi - Dharwad, India

It was a very good experience visiting the Food Street. There are variety of food stalls with food options like south Indian Idli Vada, delhi chats, rolls/sandwiches, couple of chinese and juice/icecream options. I personally tried Delhi chat, Malabar lassi, Chings and Idlians. We tried Pani puri, Sev puri and chole bhature at Delhi chat stall. Every dish was tasty and the price was very nominal for the portion size and taste they offer. The chole bhature with 2 big bhature cost only Rs50! Malabar lassi is a different drink all together, I tried it for the first time and liked it. You can try Malabar special which comes with Malabar lassi and fruits and nuts. Idlians has options like different type of idli vada dishes and paddu. Taste wise they were really good. Authentic south indian served on banana leaf. Definitely worth trying butter masala paddu which cost only Rs40 for 6 pieces. Chings also had many options in chinese. From fried rices, noodles, momos and sizzler. We tried paneer roasted. They also had good portion size and taste. Pricing was again nominal. I would definitely recommend you to try these stalls. Ambience wise the place is good but might feel smaller and difficulty finding place during peak hours. Maintenance wise it's clean and neat. Also has hand wash and washrooms seperately.

It's a good calm place, not as crowded as the street is full of eateries and food courts to the length. Had to have only Lemon tea (Sulaimani chai) it was good in taste and more than the tea i like the Cup.

Yesterday I visited to this place along with my son, who was interested in having an authentic Chinese dish... He ordered for triple veg Schezwan fried rice... and babycorn chili... To my my surprise this was the worst Chinese food I ever had.. My son prepared better than this... I fact he ordered these items so that he can improvise. .. I was just coloured rice.. with no tase.. Babycorn was over rosted.. Many pieces were totally burnt... There nothing Chinese... Except the face of cook... If you are looking for an authentic preparation... Don't take a chance here... If you want to describe in one word... WORST...

Ambience is good. Seating arrangements are fine needs some music to lighten up. Tried momos at the chings. The dragon momos were kinda sweet was missing the spiciness. Steamed momos werent that good either and chutney could be improved. Tea at tea point was fine. Lemon tea was good.

We ordered girimittu n mirchi bajji, momos,fries, gobi machurian, cheese paneer sandwich, natural fruit ice creams, masala cha. All snacks ordered where mouth watering tasty. Clean outdoor sit out place. Must visit in Hubballi

Street food..it is easily to access..on main road of Akshay colony Shorir park.Chetan college road.. Hygeine is just below average..long way to go...they should keep place more hygienic.. I had Ginger tea # Rs 25 ..its just woo...true ginger tea..i acutually wanted to eat some thing. But looking are less options and hygiene dropped..

New place for fast food. There are 7-8 different stores. And 8-9 tables and chairs. Place is clean and tidy. Food quality is delicious. Quantity is sufficient. Price is ok ok. Parking is also not a problem. Digital payment is also available. All items are fast moving. Very popular among youth.
