Food palace , Kumbidi - Fast food restaurant in Kumbidi - Palakkad, India

Very low quantity of food with relatively high rate. I feel its a waste of money that we have done or we selected a wrong place. But the ambience is nice and silent. Good higenic environment. Toilet facilities need improvement. I liked that ' Old kerala tharavadu model' hotel setup in it. Parking facility is not adequate or not available. Overall speaking food taste is excellent but not satisfied with quantity, rate and infrastructure.

Had the worst experience ever a customer can receive from a restaurant. It was my first visit to the restaurant with a friend of mine. Placed an order for 4 Porottas and a quarter Beef roast. The beef roast was semi cooked and we could only come to a conclusion after having 4 bites each of beef pieces in the roast. Even though we complained to the waiter and let the manager know about the issue, he came to attend us 10mins later. NOW THIS IS THE WORST PART; The manager came up to us and without his hands clean, he went straight into the beef roast with his bare hands and was checking if it was rightly cooked; only to say that the beef they served us was tough meat of the buffalo. And we did not get the plate replaced even though half our order was wasted; informing us that beef roast was out of order.
