Food magic ice cream parlour & pizzas - Pizza restaurant in Dharmavaram - default, India

Worst Service In Dharmavaram, I have ordered pizza here for 4 people. I have asked for extra paper plates because that pizza was very hot.. They have plenty of plates but they are ignoring us and mention we don't have plates. They have to Satisfy customers if they want to continue the food Business. Even we didn't order only pizza we have ordered chicken items also. Bill also not that less amount That paper plate will not cost 1 rupee(I have attached paper plate in image also)But they are losing customers with silly things We are not your enemies to simply put bad reviews. You should believe customers not your staff. They can say what they want(wrongly because that can't affect their jobs)

For a correction we have ordered 1 8piece pizza, 6p lollipop and 1 french fries. As we observed lollipop is having full of oil on it which made us difficulty in eating. As we heard you have good fame in Dharmavaram but the service you provide by your team shows that it's false.

Worst Service by the Food Magic Team. Everyone Please check the review response from the food Magic Team. All review responses are mostly negative(how can they remember the customer table number). This food magic team is simply blaming customers.. to attract coustomers Please avoid going here.... Worst taste and worst worst service... Service is very very Bad. No response from the owner also. Next to this shop kesava is 10000 times better for iceams

One of the worst place where you get Ice creams experienced where I have ordered ice cream and it was not good it tasted like as if sand is mixed inside ice cream and asked staff to exchange where they refused and the dry fruits say cashew was smelling and taste was worst where I left the place by paying bill. Would recommend not to go this place. Owner still asked to pay bill is this kind??

Food is tasty, but the worst part is they are not providing bill, they will only say the bill. In my case we had snacks for Rs 500 but they told 770. To my surprise When I cross checked they wrongly added the item which was taken by others. If they provide the bill then it would be great.

I have visited many times to food magic here chicken serves really a delicious and crispy taste to the chicken lovers and shop looks good and clean. I visited this food magic and had french fries and it was good they use only freedom sunflower oil and they changes it on regular basis. The shop owner mr JSP welcomes the customer with politely.

It was really a horrible experience please dont visit because of taste of ice cream is so bad tastes like outdated and the restaurant owner still asked to pay bill so pathetic they should exchange the food if we complain where they ignore complaining on company amul. Would recommend not to waste money

Taste wise good though the pizza is made with bread. Problem is they dont provide bill and charge extra money saying it is for service. Example: service charges for goli soda is 10rs where mrp is 30rs. I havent seen this service charges anywhere for the soft drinks
