Food Field (Veg) - Vegetarian restaurant in Hyderabad - Hyderabad, India

So, this is one of my favorite restaurants in terms of taste but the problem is my last 4 visits here have been horrible. 1 pm in the afternoon, went there for lunch and they mentioned lunch won't be available for another hour or so. Then a few days later when I visited for dinner with my friends and family they again mentioned that the order may take up to 45 minutes to be served. I mean what in the world is this? Unfortunately I haven't gone back to this place after this incident (which took place 4 months ago) and won't be going back there anytime soon. As I mentioned at the start though, it's a shame that the food is so good and the service is pathetic. The management should take some serious steps otherwise this place is gonna shut down in no time.

Food is good but the service is so bad that the staff didn't even try to communicate upon complaining about it during my last visit, also it takes too long for the food to come at your table

I ordered Kaju paneer and Tandoor roti That's was so so delicious And Must try zeera Rice and Raita Atmosphere also good Near Shah Ali Banda best veg restaurant I have ever visited

The perfect place for vegetarian food tastes good in quality & quantity The price is quite different from other places Best for group dine and small parties

I have ordered paneer butter masala and butter naan, taste was awesome. Restaurant is neat and clean and staff members are very disciplined. Best restaurant in Old city. Overall 5 star rating

Food was very tasty... Finger linking I would say... Staffs here are also very humble which adds to it's ambience... I would suggest whoever comes to sudha cinepolis Or nearby area, must try food here
