My friends and I recently ate lunch, supper and breakfast here during our stay at the Novotel hotel. The food from the buffet and the menu was delicious and the wait/service team was even better! Many thanks to Gopinath, Karthick, Jayanthi, Wounchi, Nwrshing, Lucky, Dina, Nitu and Girija and those pictured for all the good food and services.

Loved the food here!!! This is the biggest buffet that's there in the city and has Japanese and Thai Cuisines on the menu!!! They have a huge dessert spread including live counters for pancakes and waffles. All this, along with cocktails / mocktails as well!! That's a jackpot! Definitely a must try and oh go with a good appetite Cus there's a lot of food!!!! The people there are super helpful and the service is brilliant! It's really hygienic and neat unlike some buffets. So definitely a safe place to take your family and friends for special occasions.

70 of us visited the restaurant last Friday 15th September. The lunch buffet was great and all of us had a full tummy and tried to eat as much food. Pastries were very yummy and mouth watering. The Restaurant Manager Vivek was so customer friendly and the service was excellent. Thanks to all the staff who provided us a wonderful experience

Starters - 4/5 rating Main course were limited, tried pasta and butter naan, but were disappointing. Desert varieties are more but nothing impressive. Worst caramel pudding and mong dal halwa, others were Ok.

The food was very nice we were in for a team lunch of about 70 members and their service was good and we very satisfied with their desserts!

I can talk about the wine options which are many and the service which was excellent. The service crew are the stars - Ankit and Pankaj - thank you for the exceptional service and care.

Hade worst experience yesterday, we went as a group total pax was 21 Very poor starters serverd for veg and NV - Rating 1.5 out of 5 Service - 3.5 - 5 Buffet Spread - 2.5 - 5 Main course - Briyani was replaced late, When asked for pulka they served roti, pizza was delayed - 2 - 5. Dessert 3.5 - 5 It was below expectation and will never visit this place. And more over they did not have domestic beer to serve +++ And the shocking point was, this restaurant did not even have moth freshner sachet, we waited and left. Pl improve....
