Good food but takes very long to give the order
It is a very good place within campus for quick bites. The space is also not a constraint when one suits in the open. The chaat and parathas are very good and within reasonable limits of price. Juices are also good but seem a bit dearer. On the whole, its worth eating here.
It takes too long for your order to be ready. There has never been a time where I have got my order under 45 mins. One time I ordered samosa chaat, the guy literally ordered samosas from Zomato to prepare the chaat. That's the level of mismanagement happening here. Giving two starts just because it is a part of IIT Kharagpur campus. Otherwise not even worth a star.
At a perfect location for all halls and affordable pricing as well as clean and cool atmosphere. Only problem is the time to prepare dishes.
Good ambiance, but too less of space.
They need more manpower. But food is of decent quality and is exactly what you expect in a college eaterie. Not suitable for family or kids though. However, do try their snacks items via homedelivery options. Fried maggi and south indian food items recommended.

Great canteen in KGP I was very impressed by their speedy order delivery when I was there at the first time. The quality is great I used to eat there everyday I haven't experienced any kind of food poison. The price is affortable as well. Great place
