Poor Construction, Fit and Finish is not Good, Urban feasibility is not there, The Road becomes criminals hub after 8pm. Literally no shops around, AC provision is a question mark, Post completion i doubt if the property will hold to it's original for even 3 months, The Biggest draw back Building is full of Pop work we don't know how long the paint will hold. Seller is pressuring to go with his Banker so that the agent gets the commission and Asking if you need interior help, Full of instability.

Good and serene place to live. Community is good.
