Worst service Ever. Made Bumber to Bumber claim and they didn't replace the broken lock of front door. I called them regarding this and messaged them but they are not responding. I have already send email to Tata.

There is absolutely NO SERVICE to the customers. May be because of widening of NH. However it is the prime responsibility to offer chair, drinking water and other amenities during the waiting period. Not even a shade to stand. The approach of the staff is not at all good: just equal to the services of a govt office in north india. VERY VERY POOR

Really excellent service done. I have received excellent customer service upon my arrival till the delivery time after service.

An average service center.. Not to expect much customer service , but can get things done if you can get hold of the service executive or engnr. Should atleast have the reception and customer lounge kept neat . We have better customer lounge and reception area for even local mechanic shops..

Very poor service and response team is too slow, most of the parts are out of the stock when needed. I tried to contacted Vishnu there but they themselves do not know about there stocks.

My car services are done here. I am really satisfied with their work till now.
