My impression is that Focuz Motors is among the best service facilities in Kollam. Sujith and Service Advisor Mr. Tijumon are really helpful and sincere. There are also some knowledgeable employees. Yet the billing side is thought a bit costly. Minor concerns, nevertheless, were resolved with no charge to me as well. Parking is scarce and not overly crowded.

I have been servicing my car here for the last 5 years. The Service Advisor Mr.Tijumon is very cooperative and sincere. There are some experienced staff too. But the billing side is felt a bit expensive. However, minor issues were cleared to me free if cost as well.
Very poor service. Been using a Tata nexon in Kollam and did my first 2 services with them. They have literally did nothing. Not even a basic software update on the infotainment system. Worst that they forcefully charge the sanitation charges when we have no clue what's the extra sanitation they have done. I now take my car to the service center in Trivandrum. That is how bad it is. Absolute worst!
The worsest service center for tata. Charge for everything even fir a plastic sgert. Dont know how to acknowledge customer complaints. Instead will argue and mis behave with customer. Worst customer service and the worst service ever done. Not recommended to any tata owners. Better try some other dealers. Literally they will loot you. Fraudulent team
There customer relationship is good and service all good but they have no idea about rectifying technical problem with car(specifically softwares). I have a problem with my nexon and they kept my car for 2 days and they have no idea about the problem.
