Hands down, best choice I have made training at Focus studio. Very friendly trainers who make us actually wanna go to train and take an interest in you no matter what fitness level you're at. I get trained here about 5 -6 days in a week with Positive trainers, awesome music and participants. I look forward to walking through the doors and feel amazing when I leave. Same group of quality trainers are here to personally get to know you and push you in the right way.

Coach Jagadeesh make sure you fall in line in terms of consistency (Health, workouts and diet) and helps to achieve our goals ON PROPER PERIOD OF TIME.
He is a CERTIFIED NUTRITIONIST AND DIETITIAN as well, who is a specialized in planning your diet based on your lifestyle and monitors it on a daily basis.

I have been going to the gym for past 2 month ,I could see a weight loss with the help of workouts and Diet Plan .I am trained by Mr. Sathish . Such a dedicated person for all clients throughout the journey.He is hearing our concern, based on he assigned workouts .I am happy with the way so I can able to easily communicate and plan my fitness.
Good equipment facilities.cleanliness wise perfect gym. All trainers here are very friendly .Really Focus Fitness studio It's an excellent place for beginners and maintain the fitness.

Focus fitness studio is a great place for body transformation. It has been more than 1 and half month have been going to the gym and it's worth it.
