Very bad experience. counter staff have our MRI report but they didn't give us. They told to us wait 1 hours again and again 3 to 4 times. Than my police friend talk to him in call and than they give us just 1 minute. I don't know why they do like this. We loose our Manny hours. If focus hospital manger read this review change the cash counter staff they are very rude and not there work properly.

My Biggest Problem with this centre is that there is no priorty for Senior Citizen. At lease age group 60 and above should give first priorty. But the staff will not even listen to you.

I wanted to get MRI done for my Dad. I stay in Bangalore and i am used to a certain level of professionalism and promptness in service, provided by private labs, especially when you are charging such high amounts of money. The behaviour of the receptionists was unprofessional and extremely rude. If I first say something rude and i get a similar response, it is at least acceptable . They start talking rudely right from the start, for no reason. They themselves don't know about the services being provided, they won't accept gpay, they will not answer properly when I ask a simple question. I wanted the MRI reports to be sent to my email, but they refused. That is so illogical. You don't type a report out in a typewriter , you use a laptop or a computer. How do you not have a soft copy? What is your problem in emailing ? I have never had such a bad experience in any lab. I wanted to give 0 stars.

Worst!! Full of patience are setting in waiting hall fan and A/c both not working but cash counter fan and a/c both are working nicely.when we asked cash counter guy why not working " he was reply what I do and angry with us along with one 70 + old man and if you cannot stay without fan you can go " so many pregnant women and emergency patient are suffering problems but they are not worried about that. Behaviour is very bad.. Will never recommend. I saw many more reviews where same behaviour issue was highlighted by many which is true.management please cheak about this kind of issues because not good for your futures.

0 service ... During payment in the morning only 1 person in service for which a huge gathering occurs .. this is not the way to treat peoplesss

Staff behaviour is very bad. It seems that the staff on receipt and report counters are asked to serve forcefully. Registration counter staff are good. If anybody cannot behave well or not interested in own job profile,should leave.

People come here for better response and hospitality instead of going govt hospital but it's seems like no use you better go to govt hospital nowdays....i am here sitting in a chair waiting for the doctor since 2 respective hours and now i come to know that doctor went somewhere and will coming back later..but the time when I took the appointment the lady sitting outside the chamber says that you can visit the doctor soon and took the consultation fee......such a lazy day. And here my brother is facing a very sevear pain....
