From selection to delivery, we had great experience with Foam plaza. We bought Spring well Delta mattress. i agree with someones review of good experience of selection to delivery , but poor after sales service is a big issue, i did not get reply of my calls and messages on whats app, in communication since 1 month almost have not got my issue addressed and no body answers for the query.not a professional attitude, i will never buy a thing from foam plaza in future,today had to give a review knowing that this will end my chance of query resolution but atleast no one else shopuld suffer,thank you mr iliyas.

A great saleman just help understand the difference between spring and regular mattress. He motivated me to buy 6 inch soft and cozy mattress. I just put full faith on that guy and bought 2 mattress. After using it for 15 Days, backpain is now started. I called ilyas bhai who is owner of foam plaza and holding franchise of springwell and I requested him for exchange but he said there is no return policy. I respect that but with this message I would suggest other not to buy spring mattresses from springwell.

Met with Ilyas bhai at Foam Plaza for a new mattress. He heard what we wanted and recommended a few as per our budget. Well Springwel's Europia is what we selected and got it in a weeks time.
