I have ordered a birthday cake for my mother. The cake was not at all good and wasnt fresh either. the price was too high @ 1400 rs for a 1 kg cake but still ordered it thinking that it looks good and will be tasty as well. My experience is really horrible and won't order any cake form this shop anymore. It's absolutely not recommendable.

service is slow.....never on time....but they are accepting...online orders....good for people to make online orders for their love one to send them cakes , bouquet , perfumes and many more gifts on their special day.....the rates are more then double ......

Even if you order a day before or on the same day in the early hours, they will never deliver on time instead take the whole day and deliver very late at night after 9 pm on the big day. Also, the cake they send is always smashed inside the box and they don't worry about it at all. The cake nver came with a message I had requested for. The flowers were also not fresh. For sure, they have disappointed me more than once for their service at Jammu location.Very poor service. Third Instance: After calling them many time after ordering for third time, they sent everything quite fresh but as usual in the late evening. It happened again! I always use this platform to order cakes. But everytime one or the other thing goes wrong.There is no co-ordination between customer care and delivery agents specially Jammu branch...Cakes get destroyed many times on delivery and there is no compensation.Everytime before ordering I am skeptical of future .U hv to order on FNP if u find no other alternative.otherwise it's a big No from me.i would recommend FNP to stop their useless services that spoil ur special day. Cakes are not delivered on time. Ur birthday would be over then the cake would be delivered and that too non-promise quality.order at ur own risk.

Had an awesome experience dealing with them. Fresh flowers ND lovely presentation . Had ordered a cake too. It was exactly the same design I had ordered and Taste was beyond my expectations. Loved it totally and will continue exploring it more

Worst company ever. I am based out of usa, and ordered a cake for my sisters b'day. Been 3 days and the cake is still not delivered. DO NOT order from this branch of Jammu. Illitrate and arrogant people who have no value for time. Called their corporate office / call center, and they read from a script to apologise, then send an email to close the ticket- but do nothing to make sure the cake is delivered. The delivery boy is has no courtesy or control over language. Worst people to deal with. Anyone giving them more than 1 star review is a fake account for sure.

Ordered a red velvet cake for my brother's birthday in Jammu. Everyone in family liked the taste. Service was good and hassle-free.
