Very bad service by the ferns n petals team or i would say the people sitting here are just the dumbest and the most unprofessional people ever . Kindly dont take any service from this ferns n petals and dont expect them to deliver any of your order . They took the payment didnt deliver the order . And are saying to pick the order or they will cancel it and will not give the money back . Very bad setvice

I had my worst experience of buying and delivering from them. They are so unprofessional that once I left their store after making a payment to deliver it to my friend's place, they simply texted me that they wouldn't deliver until I would pay them extra bucks bcz their delivery guy wouldn't do the delivery. I had to pay, but this was honestly really annoying. For sure, I'm never visiting their store again !
Poor customer response. Flowers didn't reached on time .and working staff are very rude they disconnected call again and again. Bunch of unprofessionals.
