Been a member of Fluid Fitness at Golf Course Road, Gurgaon, since Apr 2016 and will continue to be a member. Best features - 1. First class equipment, which is cleaned many times a day. Equipment is of a wide variety. Separate areas for weights, cardio and aerobics. 2. Very professional trainers. Pay attention to all members. Female friendly. 3. Special classes and dedicated space for zumba and other aerobic exercises. 4. Segregated facilities for women and men. 5. Separate Steam bath facilities for both women and men. 6. Open all 7 days. 7. The members are very civilised folk. Female friendly. In my 6 years as a regular member, never saw even one badly behaved person. 8. Reasonably priced subscription. They have special discount offers too. All in all, highly recommended for any fitness enthusiast.

Decent gym but the equipment is kind of old. The trainer is just present for namesake or personal training. Recommended if you create and work out on your own and just need to use the infrastructure without any help from the trainers. Open atmosphere otherwise though the equipment is in a very used state. Floor and workout area is decently large.

Good place to workout with latest equipment's and well supportive trainers. Well maintained. I lost 15 kgs in 3 months of time. Must go.

Decent look gym but the equipment is old. The trainer is just present for namesake, they only prefer personal training. Only interior is Good otherwise nothing is good in this gym. Very very disgusting & poor management I have ever see. Gym management is very poor. Personally I'm very disappointed with the management. They gives false commitment. After you join they cooks new story and etc etc. Overall i would give only 1 star to Fluid Gym. Never recommended to anyone. (Big Thumbs Down)

Compared to other gyms in the area, especially for the equipment available. While we now have an upgraded weight room and new treadmills both excellent, it costs extra to attend many of the group fitness classes. All of the employees are very friendly and helpful.

If you are a girl, dont go there. The crowd is not good, and you will get stares literally throughout your workout. I did take this up with my management, and they were nice enough to give me personal training at no additional cost. I have to say the equipment is good, the management is understanding, and the trainers are nice. Its just the crowd that goes there is....

A chain of gyms in Delhi NCR region. It's a great pocket friendly option if you are really passionate about working out. One can expect all the necessary machines and weights for a good workout. Coaches are average. But like I said the set up is good so one can have a good time with basic level coaching.
