Hey! So, I recently started going to this gym called "Fluid Gym (Derawal Nagar)" and I'm loving it! The trainers and the staff are super helpful specially Mr Aamir.. Equipment is top-notch. It's been a great way for me to stay active and reach my fitness goals.
Good Trainer and helpful staff but management is poor. Bathroom Area need attention and Steam Bath not working since 6 months.

The gym is very nice.. the staff is too co operative and gelling.. vibes are great and machinery is comparative to any other large chains. All in all great experience of working out here.
This gym s has clean facilities, modern equipment, a welcoming atmosphere,. great trainer (puran and sandeep sir), knowledgeable, certified, and communicates well. They have personalize workouts, as per your needs which helps you achieving results.
