One of the best projects i have visited and considered for purchase. The front and side view apartments gives a truly beautiful view of the Allalasandra lake. While the road on which Flowing Tree is located is inhabitated, but it's almost at the heart of Yelahanka. Very soon the lands adjacent may see some further residential or commercial establishments coming up Startegical location as well. All schools and hospitals close to 3kms only.

This property is located at a very good location in North Bangalore, close to good schools, malls and work places. One of the best options to consider if you are looking for property near hebbal or Yelahanka.

One of the best projects in North Bangalore. You can literally see Allalasandra lake from the balcony, what a great sight it was. I like the fact that there is loads of open space around the project and gives you a serenity feel with lake view and its proximity to GKVK is definitely a great point.

The Flowing tree ads and write ups talk about 180deg views of Allasandra Lake. Not true in all the apartments. Only the front and side apartments overlook the lake and some badly maintained dilapidated houses beyond the lake. The apartments at the back overlook residences and I was told that the GKVK forest could be seen from the 6 floor onwards. The model apartment on the second floor we saw was lovely. But the view was not all that great. We could see a bit of the lake and also some houses beyond the lake, which were quite an eyesore. The apartment was spacious and bright. We took the road from Yelahanka New town and had to go through slums to reach there. There is another approach road which is a bit better. What I found very strange was that the marketing lady wanted to know if I was from Dubai. When I answered in the negative, she wanted to know if my husband was working in Dubai. She lost interest after that. Probably, we were not the demographic Capstone was looking for. I felt that was quite offensive.
