Sweet and nice place to stay. It has a small swimming pool and all the apartments have small kitchen and table. This is unlike any other hotel where you can stay at home away from home. Cozy environment and the beach is just couple of minutes away which is again clean and very less frequented by visitors. The staff is kind and helpful.

I like the holiday home for its location and cleanliness. But the attitude of the caretaker is all the negatives that the place has and hence the low rating. You will find many poor reviews of this place only because of the caretaker. I lost down the pros and cons here Pros: 1. Good location opposite to Hyatt place and walkable from beach from the backside of hotel 2. Clean rooms with clean bathroom 3. Kitchen facility 4. Parking available but confirm before booking Cons: 1. No towel, soap, water, mosquito repellent. Just the room and few crockery in kitchen. 2. Very bad caretaker and he wont care whether you like anything or not. Actually the manager is a foreighner and might have asked the caretaker to behave like that. 3. Don't expect that the security or the caretaker will carry your luggage. You should be prepared to do everything on your own. 4. They will allow late check in or early check out but when you inform that to the caretaker the earlier day, he will make his face like you asked for his kidneys. 5. Last but not the least, they will take your original id card and will return only at the check out time after checking everything is in place.

Very nice, quite and serene place in very good location, right between Candolim and Calangute beach. Svetlana and Yana were very helpful. The property is very green and has a clean pool, the apartment was very spacious but my apartment didn't have a balcony. The only con I felt was the basic toiletries were not provided and there was only one single blanket. Basic kitchen was there and very well maintained, loved cooking there.

Looks great in picture but at actual the scene is different. Rooms are pretty old, but will get fridge and small kitchen with induction heater. Quite place but need to improve on service part. No shampoo or soap once room allocated, towel have to pay if you need, no water have to buy of own, food will be brought from outside you need. Plus point they have pool of own.

Location is difficult to find. Nothing is included in your booking amount... not even drinking water. Had to pay extra for towels and bed-sheets as well. No cleanliness by the management on daily basis. Cleanliness activity performed after two days. There was water leakage in the balcony so we were not able to use it. Food available after a walk of 5 mins at least. Better do negotiate on terms and conditions before hand. Apart from all this the manager was quite good and friendly. You can get silent atmosphere.. no disturbance.

Nice friendly little place, basic but does what we wanted simple and not expensive so we used as a base and tried a few other places. So yes we were happy to stay and it has a nice little pool, there are a few dogs around but they like to escort you to the beach which is five or 10 mins away, i would certainly come back.

The property was really nice with affordable price.. 700m walkable distance to beach side. Well spent time in Goa and enjoyed all the amenities (Wifi, TV, Pool and AC). All the main beaches and places are easily accessible from here.. Good for Family, Couples and Friends. Pool timings.. Morning 8:30am to evening 7pm.. Caretaker Nilesh provided good hospitality and was available round the clock to help. Thanks to Anu Kohli, Nilesh , Pasan Singh and service workers for making our Goa trip a memorable one. Kudos!

I wish i could give a minus rating to this property, but unfortunately there isnt an option. We stayed at this place for 4 days and not once our room was cleaned. There was a refrigerator which did not work and had such a horrible smell when we opened it. There were such dim lights, almost no light inside the room. We spoke to the manager regarding a room change and he refused to do so saying all the rooms were booked (which was not the case because the entire property was empty). And to top all this, you are not allowed to talk or laugh loudly post 8pm. (and you are in GOAAAAA!!!). Do urself a favour and do not stay in this property. It is such a waste of money!!!
