I simply asked the woman who happens to be the shop owner that I need curtain bangs for my daughter. I asked her twice if she knows what they are. She said yes. After her hack job on my daughter's hair, she cut normal bangs. When I told her this is not what I asked her, she turns around and screams at me in the middle of the phone call. Before sitting for my own blow out I asked the staff normal questions about the quality of shampoo and if you use mousse. They relayed to me yes they use mousse and the brand of shampoo. Yet now as I am sitting for my blow out, they are saying they do not know what that is, The best part is that the shop owner cannot even get off the phone for a second to speak and speaks over everyone. In today's world of social media how can basic hair products be unknown to a parlour. Please learn from my mistake and stay away!
