Florence Inn - Hotel in New Delhi, Delhi - Central, India

The location is excellent for shopping. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable about the location to assist vistors with their shopping.The staff are very kind always willing to assist. The breakfast was very bad, No variety like the hotels and it was very small.

Worst hotel of my life. Nothing was good. Bathroom very small.Rooms are like 90's. No Modification in room. I booked premium room and this is the 2nd highest category room. But it was my worst experience of life. I will never suggest any1 to stay here. Service is very poor. On my arrival at 1pm no towels were there in the room. Flush was not working in bathroom. What else should I say. Words are lesser to describe my experience.

Reception guy really kind. We had our flight at 8 am and breakfast was ready for us at 4 am in a box. Thank you very much. Air conditioner a little bit noisy.

Went to meet a guest there. Had breakfast. Nice service, polite staff. Good space. Nice and clean.

Modest but clean accommodations near the transportation network. Good wifi. Good breakfast options - including omelets. Super friendly staff. Walkable to the local market and several excellent restaurants. Don't let the cosmetically flawed exterior dictate your choice. The interior is well maintained and very good for a 1-2 day stay in Delhi - away from the big brand name hotels. There is a 7/11 type store around the corner to grab things you forgot or snacks. Liquor store nearby - if that is your need. Plenty of open market shopping at night.

The location is nice for the hotel. It is just 5 mins away from Karol Bagh metro station so the connectivity via metro becomes very convenient. The checkin process was smooth. Had booked the hotel through Make My Trip. The room was decent. It was smaller than what I was expecting. The bathroom was okay. There was no partition between the shower and toilet, which meant that there would be water everywhere on the floor after the first person takes shower. There was no complementary water kept in the room which was very odd for me. They only had a bottled water with a tag clearly mentioning that it was chargeable. The breakfast was okay. Again below my expectations. I had not kept any high hopes but it did not even meet that. There was only plain paratha option available in veg. in hot food items. All in all, it was a very okay hotel and definitely overpriced. It isn't worth anything over 3,000 in all honesty.

They upgraded room for me. It was huge for family of four. Bathroom was clean. Well maintained facility. Breakfast was good. Location at perfect Karol Bag Market. A star less for costly and bad food.

Very clean, with everything you'd require for a short stay. Clean shower, with hot water! Lots of shops and eateries within walking distance. In an interesting, bustling area. Parking is definitely a problem, so if you are driving yourself here, it will be a challenge getting in and out.
