I still couldn't understand why this hotel has been named a Business Class Hotel!! The cringy, dingy and stinky rooms are not worth the stay fr more than 2 hours. Perhaps , you can do a quick refreshen up . The property badly needs a complete revamp given his location in a prominent place near Laksandra. I had booked a room via a travel portal and the payment was also made. but, the property owner simply denied saying that the property booked online is of different hotel even though the photos and address are all matching. He asked me to pay again directly and I had to oblige fr a day's stay as it was early morning. Completely unprofessional and rude room boys. Not recommended

pros: 1) room size was decent 2) for 3 guests, one double bed and one single bed was arranged. 3) cameras in lobby and hallway. cons: 1) cockroaches in the room 2) water issues faced. twice water went out and when it came back, it was very dirty. 3)narrow pathways. 4) no intercom overall: average. we stayed for 2 days, 1 night. we made do. it's near the NIMHANS hospital which was the purpose of our visit. but I would not visit again.

Near to nimhans hospital walking distance... Very good behaviour they also book tickets... We stayed their for 2weeks quit affordable . Rooms within 1000 even lower if stayed for more than 10days...

Not very good for the price, just 250 mtrs away , have seen good room with less pricem. Also the room is not properly maintained and smelly.

Simple non ac hotel. With clean rooms. It is just adjacent to the road, that gives the feel of safety for me. because it is road side you will here lot of noise.

I had booked 2 double bed A/C rooms over tele-booking and I was told that all basic amenities we'll be provided, also the price told over phone was very attractive and very competitive. The very next day when I arrived at the place, I was informed that the rooms I pre- booked were not available at the moment and will be available the next day. Instead I was forced to spend the night in 2 Non A/C single rooms infested with pests and broken bathrooms. When we complained about the problem They again tried to shift the rooms, only this time they tried to give one room on the 3rd floor and the other on the 1st floor. I started to protest that if I had known that the rooms were in such a pathetic condition and the manager and staff were such cheats, I would have never set foot in the hotel as there were many other better hotels in the same area. They complied to my demands, and ultimately got 2 rooms in the same floor with the staffs taunting/ threatening me to adjust any how. A piece of advice to the potential visitor, don't book this hotel, the staff are very unfriendly and unprofessional (they abused my 54 year old father, almost three times their age) and forced us to spend two nights in a cockroach infested rooms Highly disappointed. Please avoid

The hotel was conveniently located near my conference venue but the room was really small and dingy. The walls were dirty and leaky. The wash basin in the bathroom was so small and oddly located that I had to literally stuff my head inside it to use it. However the bedsheets and bathroom was clean but still definitely not worth what they charge for the room

Budget lodging average room quality and cleanness not upto mark. Bed bugs are there . My friend stay for 1 night , in morning he realised how much bed bugs are there. Please choose room after verifying properly..
