I had an absolutely delightful 3-night stay at Flora!. The rooms were not only comfortable but also thoughtfully arranged to provide a relaxing atmosphere. About the food - it was nothing short of excellent! The buffet spread for both breakfast and dinner left me spoilt for choice. The flavors were delectable, and the quality was top-notch. The hotel's attention to detail extended to the ambience as well, which was serene and enhanced by a lovely waterfall within the resort premises. The standout feature for me, though, was the staff. Their behavior was exemplary, and their willingness to accommodate our requests was truly heartwarming. The chef even personally checked in on us, making sure our dining experience was tailored to our preferences. My son has a lime juice allergy, and they went out of their way to prepare a refreshing watermelon juice just for him. And speaking of personalized service, when my son wanted an omelet that wasn't on the buffet, the chef whipped it up for him within minutes - talk about going the extra mile! But what truly amazed me was the hotel's responsiveness even after our stay. Upon realizing that my son's favorite toy was missing from our belongings, we reached out to them late at night. To my astonishment, within a mere 10 minutes, they assured us that the toy had been found and even offered to courier it back to us. Me, my wife and infant kid stayed for 3 days in hotel. We were provided a really , nice, clean, spacious room with all the amenities. We were also provided upgraded room after one day which had very nice mountain view. The resturant in resort is having a nice view of tea plantations which is mesmerizing. We needed some cooked food for our kid , they quickly provided the food without any hassle. The resort has kids play area, lots of walking area, small waterfall and tour of the whole mountain provided by the resort. This is a one of the best resorts in wayanad to stay

Loved our stay at Flora! A huge shout out to the amazing staff, specially Meena from restaurant. Our 1 year old fell ill and the staff was super accommodative and helpful. The property and amenities were really nice. Beware of the monkeys though :) The approach roads to the property could be better.

Great place to spend a weekend and value for money. The staff were very helpful and cooperative. They offered us gift hampers upon checkout which was a very good gesture:) Sanesh from the hotel staff was very much cooperative. Must visit if you are in Wayanad
